Investing in real estate

If I won the lottery, the first thing that I will do is buy investment properties. I’ve always wanted to own a parking garage or an apartment building. I think the apartment building will be a little harder to manage compared to a parking garage. So I am also thinking of contacting Real Property Management to handle everything for me. They will find me tenant, handle all maintenance services, monthly collections and even the legal aspects of it. They will also handle all accounting and regular inspections of the property. Why do it myself when I can hire a professional to do it for me. I mean that’s why they are there for over 2 years.
