Hate my work schedule

My work entails working on shifts. I am on the early morning shift and it is sometimes hard to wake up at 3am especially on winter season. And I hate the fact that I have to work on weekends. The only good thing about that shift is that I get to go home early enough to still enjoy the rest of the day especially on weekends. I just wish that I could get weekends off.

Pros and cons. I think my work sched has more pros than cons. And the schedule works for my family even though I don't really enjoy the early morning shift. And I get to spend more time with the kids and help them with their school work.

Oh well, we can't have it all! I am just thankful that I have a job. A job to pay for my bills.
