On Upgrades

When we bought our house 3 years ago, other than choosing the location of our house, the next hardest decision that we had to make was the upgrades. I wanted our house to look nice and I wanted to incorporate everything that I wanted into that house.

The biggest upgrade we spent was in the kitchen. I upgraded to granite counter and premier lighting fixtures. The other upgrade that I spent on was an additional full bath in the master's bedroom.

I'm happy with the choices that I made and I believe these upgrades will be valuable if and when we decide to sell the house.
