Aging is not a good thing... I can't believe how these actors could have allowed these drastic changes to their looks. It's their looks that made them millions of dollars. I guess men are not concerned with their looks as the women are.

Home Furniture

One of the best things about buying or moving to your new home is buying and furnishing it! Everything just has to match and everything has to be brand new. I am so used to buying my furniture from Ikea before because they are so cheap and easy to mix and match. But now that I have invested in a home, I might as well start investing on good and stylish and elegant Home Furniture that is not necessarily expensive. I mean I don’t have to furnish it all right now and all at the same time. I can do it little by little so that it won’t hurt our budget.

Investing in real estate

If I won the lottery, the first thing that I will do is buy investment properties. I’ve always wanted to own a parking garage or an apartment building. I think the apartment building will be a little harder to manage compared to a parking garage. So I am also thinking of contacting Real Property Management to handle everything for me. They will find me tenant, handle all maintenance services, monthly collections and even the legal aspects of it. They will also handle all accounting and regular inspections of the property. Why do it myself when I can hire a professional to do it for me. I mean that’s why they are there for over 2 years.

Furnishing a log house

When my MIL was here, she was looking for some rustic furniture for her loghouse in Tagaytay. She found some stuff that she really likes and is hoping that she would be able to find similar stuff back home. If only shipping wouldn't cost as much, we would have bought it and sent it to her.

Log house

My MIL put her retirement money into developing the lot that they've own for years in Tagaytay. She now has a log house. Now that she and my FIL are retired, they go there every week to get some fresh air and away from all the traffic and pollution in the city.

Last time we were there, we didn't get to stay overnight at her log house because the storm just blew out all the electrical wires. But we've seen the place and its very lovely and cozy.

We are just glad that her dream vacation home has finally came true! After years of working hard and getting assignments from abroad, it finally pays off.
